Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
Standard Products:  All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
Customized / Made-to-Order Products: Please note that personalized or customized products require extra production time. The processing time for customized items typically takes 10–15 business days before they are ready for shipment. You will receive a notification as soon as your custom item is shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
We offer international shipping to major destinations. Estimated delivery times (after the order has been processed and shipped) are as follows:

United States: 7–15 business days
European Union & United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. They can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures or regional logistics delays.

3. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $150
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for EU Customers)
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). 

For customers in the European Union, please be aware that your package may be subject to local VAT and customs duties upon import, depending on your country's regulations and thresholds.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package via our website or the carrier's official portal.

6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if it is lost during transit, please contact our support team immediately at 3311916134qq.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
