• Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes! We ship our premium RC hydraulic models and accessories to hobbyists all over the world.

• Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: For small accessories, delivery usually takes 7-15 business days. For heavy full-metal hydraulic models (due to weight and specialized logistics), it typically takes 15-25 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your order ships.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Q: Will I have to pay import customs/taxes? A: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

3. Technical Support & Warranty

• Q: Do these hydraulic models come ready-to-run (RTR)? A: It depends on the specific product page description. Some models come fully assembled and ready-to-run (RTR), while others may require your own battery, radio control system, or hydraulic oil. Please read the product specifications carefully.

• Q: What should I do if I need spare parts or technical help? A: Don't worry! We carry a full line of upgrade parts and replacements (valves, pumps, cylinders, cylinders accessories).
